REGISTRATION
for the 2024-25 school year
In-person registration for the 2024-25 school year opened to the community on Monday, March 6, 2024 and is ongoing if spots are available. Waiting lists are maintained if sessions are full. To learn more, please contact the preschool office. Spots fill up quickly!
IMPORTANT--At the time of registration you will need the following:

$100 registration fee

a copy of your child's birth certificate
Documentation of medical history and an up-to-date immunization record must be on file upon the child's admittance to the preschool (by the first date of attendance).

Open House
Avenue Preschool's annual Open House is typically held in the spring each year although families are welcomed to tour our facility at any time during the year.
When Open House is scheduled, details will be posted here on our website, on our Facebook page, in the Avenue United Methodist Church Bulletin and their Weekly E-News.
At Open House, children and their parents/caregivers join us for an informal hour of visiting classrooms, meeting staff, touring the facility, and experiencing a day in the life of a child here at Avenue Preschool. No RSVP required--we simply hope to see you there!
If you know of someone who might like to attend, please help spread the word and invite them to the Open House.
Meet the Teacher Day
This even is held annually in September prior to the first week of school. Times vary based upon your child's class. Details are emailed out to enrolled families.
Parent Information Night
This event is held annually in September prior to the first week of school. Details are emailed out to enrolled families.
Summer Day Camp
Summer day camp is available for children who have completed the current school year at Avenue Preschool. Registration begins in the spring annually.
Camps take place from 9:00-12:00 Monday through Friday. They include snacks, materials, fun crafts, outdoor activities and special events. More details can be found on the "Programs" page of the website.
PRE-K GRADUATION
A very special event for our Pre-K families is the annual, end-of- the-school-year Pre-K graduation.
This is typically held the last week of preschool in May, with each child recognized individually, time to celebrate and great photo opportunities! Details will be shared with Pre-K families and posted on the preschool Facebook page.
